This paper presents a Lane Keeping Assist System utilizing sensor fusion and computer vision for accurate lane detection and corrective steering. The system’s architecture and control strategies are analyzed through simulations and real-world testing, addressing challenges like adverse weather conditions. User studies demonstrate positive effects on driver behavior and safety. This research contributes insights into LKAS design, implementation, and user impact, advancing autonomous driving technology.
